CGI 303A 20 (January 23, 2008)
The strange-part-du-jour, this DIP 20-sized blue object has only four pins.
As the bunch from electro-tech correctly figure, this is an 0.03uF (303) DIP20 (20) sized capacitor suitable for mounting underneath a DIP20 sized part.
Most logic comes in 14 pin cases, but a selection of Atmel AVRs come in just the right size and pinout, the AT90S2313 is but one of many. Installed in a socket, under the µC, it actually takes up too little space to photograph!
These are, of-course, available for purchase.
